1 hour-long call about a specific topic

$100 ($50 for people who live in Latin America only)


1 month of weekly calls (30 minute sessions)

$85 per session ~TOTAL $340 ($170 for people who live in Latin America only)


10 week program (Weekly 30 minute calls)

$75 per session ~TOTAL $750 ($375 for people who live in Latin America only)

As soon as you start working with me, you will fill out a detailed form so I can have a clear understanding of what your diet, lifestyle, and goals are. At the end of each session you will go away with 3 easy to follow action steps for the next week. On our next session, you will tell me how you did with those action steps and we will modify them if needed or add more action steps if the previous ones were successful. We will keep working like this week after week, to incorporate a few changes at a time and help you in the process of forming new habits.


The point of working this way is that baby steps will help you make sustainable changes because they are easy to follow and you will repeat them, until they become automatic. If I give you a lot of information all at once, you will get very excited at first, but will eventually become overwhelmed with so much information and will probably quit working on the changes (this is what happens with most diets, and why most people fail at following them). Once you stop working with me, the changes you incorporated into your life during our time together will stay with you forever. This is my goal: your self-sufficiency at being healthy and happy.


How am I different from a nutritionist?

Nutritionists tell you what you should eat. I tell you what you could eat and how to actually do it in easy steps that will feel effortless. Having the information is not always enough, as making these changes can be a challenge for many people.

Another thing that differentiates me from traditional nutritionists is that I don’t follow a defined line of nutrition. Instead of telling you what you should eat, I help you discover what healthy way of eating will be most beneficial for you at this point in your life, taking your lifestyle, goals, body type, preferences, habits, time, and budget into consideration. The work we do together is 100% customized for you.

Another big difference is that my #1 priority is your health and the well-being of your body, mind, and soul. I will never suggest a diet with the only purpose of helping you lose weight, for example, if it’s not also good for your body and overall health. My goal is to educate you about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle that will help you feel better than ever before if applied consistently.


Last but not least, perhaps the biggest difference between what I do and what a conventional nutritionist does, is that I focus not only on food, but also on deeper levels of your nutrition. This means that we will dig into the root of your cravings and emotional eating, get rid of your diet mentality, and work on improving your relationship to food (which is a direct reflection of the way you feel about yourself and your life). This also means we will have to take a deeper look at every other area of your life, including your sleeping habits, exercise routine, stress management tools, and all the activities that feed your soul. It’s impossible to truly and deeply change the way you eat and treat yourself, and to create real harmony and radiant health if we don’t work on your body, mind, and soul as a whole.
