This is my improved vegan version of a chili recipe I found online. It’s a keeper!
I created this recipe for Hip Latina a couple months ago and absolutely LOVED it. Chili is one of my favorite foods when it’s skillfully prepared (not all chilis are created equal), and this one is definitely in my good chili list.
